Victim in fatal Delta shooting identified as corrections officer

29-year-old BC Corrections officer Bikramdeep Randhawa has been identified as the victim of Saturday’s fatal shooting in Delta and as Grace Ke reports, investigators are working to determine the motive – including whether the killing was a case of mistaken identity or potentially related to the victim’s job.
