Prime Minister Justin Trudeau acknowledged on Friday that when it comes to the issue of sexual misconduct and harassment within the Canadian Armed Forces, years of measures have been “inadequate.” Trudeau said that “survivors continue to feel they are not appropriately supported,” adding “that is a failure of the entire system.”
