There’s a new fare structure coming in to effect for public transit users in the Greater Montreal area. The plan is to simplify the fee structure for riders, as the REM light rail network starts to be introduced slowly. As Global’s Tim Sargeant explains, some riders could see their fare costs drop, while others should brace for an increase.
