Two people were taken to hospital following a head-on collision on Heritage Line just north of the village of Keene on Tuesday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the collision involving a car and a SUV on Heritage Line just north of Lang Road around 10 a.m.
When crews arrived they found the car in a ditch.
A man from one of the vehicles and a woman from the other were first treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
Peterborough County OPP say the male driver was charged under the Highway Traffic Act.
