As MPP Randy Hillier continues to travel throughout the province for what he calls a “resistance” against lockdown protocols placed in Ontario to combat the spread of COVID-19, North Frontenac’s mayor Ron Higgins raises concerns over expenses accumulated organizing, travelling to/from these events,. Mayor Higgins and he doesn’t want the bill to fall on taxpayers’ shoulders.
Hillier also has been racking up potential charges, most recently matching a description in Aylmer, Ontario- following a large church gathering Sunday.
