Members of Parliament observed a minute of silence on Monday in the House of Commons, paying tribute to Emily Victoria Viegas, a 13-year-old Brampton girl who died on April 22 after testing positive for the coronavirus. She is one of the youngest victims of COVID-19 in Ontario.
