Toronto Mayor John Tory said on Monday that the city has vaccinated more than one in three adults for COVID-19 through its Team Toronto effort. Tory says the city is entering a “vaccine valley” with “significant vaccination capacity,” that won’t be fully utilized because there isn’t enough vaccine supply.
