Indonesian military officials said Sunday that the 53 crew members onboard a sunken submarine in the Bali Sea had died. The officials said they had found new objects, including a life vest, they believed belonged to the submarine. Navy chief of staff Yudo Margono added the crew were not to blame for the incident and it was not human error.
