B.C. Prosecution Service looking into appeal of landmark case

The B.C. government is looking at a possible appeal of a high profile case that saw a man accused of murder acquitted. The Samandeep Gill decision also raises serious questions about how many other homicide cases are now potentially in jeopardy.
