Province assures public, random stops not part of COVID-19 travel crackdown

The B.C. government is assuring the public that police will not be conducting random stops to enforce the upcoming COVID-19 travel restrictions. As Aaron McArthur reports, the province is clarifying comments made by the premier that had some people concerned about police overstep.
