Manitoba man takes to the steps of legislature demanding end to prohibition on home-grown cannabis

Jesse Lavoie spent several weeks collecting signatures in support of his legal challenge against Manitoba’s ban on personal cultivation of cannabis for recreational use. On 4/20, he presented it on the steps of the legislative building with the opposition parties at his side.
