Confusion still lingers around Nova Scotia’s emergency alert system one year after shooting

In all the chaos, the fires and the killings many questions remain unanswered about the Nova Scotia mass shooting rampage. One year later, the provinces emergency management office and the RCMP have yet to say if any policy changes have or will be made to improve the emergency alert system. Jesse Thomas reports.
