Nova Scotia marks sombre anniversary of killing spree

A year after an armed gunman posing as an RCMP officer went on a 13-hour rampage throughout Nova Scotia, killing 22 people before being shot dead by police, people in the province are still grieving over the victims of the horrible tragedy.
