Canadians are split on whether a federal election should be held while the country is in the midst of the novel coronavirus pandemic, according to an Ipsos poll done exclusively for Global News. Just over half said the election should be in 2021, but 57 per cent said an election during the pandemic “wouldn’t be fair.”
