Colchester municipality says it has done what it can to help following N.S. tragedy

The rampage last April that left 22 innocent people dead at the hands of a gunman disguised as a police officer has left a deep mark on Colchester, but the municipality has done what it can to help the families of the victims and all its citizens heal. Alexa MacLean has more.
