National retail chain remains open to in-person shopping

Ontario’s state of emergency is tough on everyone, including businesses large and small that can’t open to customers or have to sell curbside. Some, however, are claiming an exemption to open their whole store: including one national chain that sells everything from tools, to lawnmowers, to farm equipment. Sean O’Shea reports.
