Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam discussed on Tuesday the processes that will be taken by Canadian health regulators after reports emerged of extremely rare blood clotting in some people who received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine in the United States. Johnson & Johnson has said it was aware of the rare reports of blood clots and was working with regulators to assess the data and provide relevant information.
