The Edmonton Folk Music Festival announced the event will not take place at Gallagher Park this summer due to coronavirus variants and the uncertainty of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, festival organizer Terry Wickham announced Monday. It’s hoped the outdoor festival can take place in August 2022.
