On Wednesday, the government of Alberta introduced Bill 63, which looks at setting clear rules for police to respect the rights of the public. Carding has been banned in the province since Nov. 19, 2020, but this legislation is taking things a step further. Eloise Therien hears from Lethbridge police on their thoughts.
