B.C.’s Police Complaints Commissioner has concluded the evidence is not conclusive enough to support an allegation of Neglect of Duty and Discreditable Conduct against the Delta Police and two senior officers. Questions were raised over the handling of an investigation into the chief’s wife, accused of assaulting a woman by spraying her with a garden hose.
