Toronto police have laid more than a dozen charges after a massive crowd gathered over the weekend to watch stunt drivers perform doughnuts and drifts. Videos posted to social media also appear to show they lit intersections on fire and set off fireworks in various parts of the city. Several police cruisers were also damaged and as Miranda Anthistle explains, those responsible will face criminal charges.
