British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Monday the country will move to “stage 2” of its COVID-19 roadmap, loosening restrictions and reopening shops, gyms, zoos, holiday campsites, personal care services and outdoor hospitality. It will go into effect on Monday, April 12.
