Ontario government imposes provincewide COVID-19 shutdown restrictions

The Ontario government is shutting down the entire province for at least four weeks beginning on Saturday. But despite warnings from its science advisory table that half-measures will do little, the province isn’t moving back to a stay-at-home order. Matthew Bingley reports.
