Despite outcry from students, teachers and parents, students in secondary 3, 4 and 5 will have to go back to in-person learning after an order from Quebec’s Education Minister Jean-François Roberge. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher explains, English school boards in Quebec had opted to take a staggered re-entry approach, to allow students and staff to gradually adjust to the change.
