Ontario not mandating COVID-19 vaccines, though ‘strongly encourage’ inoculation: health minister

Ontario Minister of Health Christine Elliott on Friday said the province is not mandating people to get a COVID-19 vaccine, but inoculation is “strongly encouraged.”
