Military watchdog’s testimony contradicts defence minister

Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan has claimed he shouldn’t hear complaints or evidence about sexual misconduct in the military. But during testimony on Parliament Hill on Wednesday, Gregory Lick, Canada’s military ombudsman, rejected that notion.
