It seems like just yesterday when Peterborough’s city council approved its 2021 budget and tax increase. And weeks later, councilors announced that the 2022 budget process is already underway. Finance committee chair Dean Pappas spoke with Global News Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim about the first steps, and what councilors want to hear from the public.
