The Royal Canadian Navy has closed an internal investigation into allegations sexually inappropriate comments were made during a Zoom meeting attended by senior officers and sailors. The investigation ended without the Navy speaking to all witnesses. And as Mercedes Stephenson explains, now there are calls for a review into how the case was handled.
