White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Monday commented on the U.S. Supreme Court saying it would consider reinstating the death penalty for Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, but that it was not yet sure how it would approach the case as President Joe Biden has made it clear he has “grave concerns” about capital punishment. Psaki added that Biden has also “expressed his horror” at the events of that day.
