Toronto Mayor John Tory announced on Monday that the city will open its 10th mass immunization site in the East York town centre on Wednesday. The site is already vaccinating 200 people a day and will officially open with 1,000 daily vaccinations and can ultimately vaccinate 10,000 people daily as capacity increases.
