No injuries were reported after a car crashed into a utility pole east of Peterborough on Thursday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 8 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Lansdowne Street at Television Road and found a car that had stuck a pole in the centre median.
A man and woman were assessed at the scene by paramedics but were not transported to hospital.
Peterborough County OPP tell Global News Peterborough that the driver was charged with careless driving and driving while suspended.
