The Calgary Police Service is investigating after a Confederate flag was seen flying over Union Cemetery on Tuesday. As Tracy Nagai reports, the co-chair of Calgary’s Anti-Racism Action Committee said people in the community are feeling hurt and unsafe following the incident.
