It’s been a year of ups and downs for restaurants, with openings, closing and restrictions. And as the pandemic has continued, pubs and restaurants continue to juggle those restrictions on some of their biggest nights of the year-and that includes St. Patrick’s Day. For the second year in a row festivities have been cancelled. The Publican House’s Bailey Brown and Marty Larkaris spoke with Noor Ibrahim on Global News Morning Peterborough about what the day is looking like for them and what goes into making a really good beer.
