Cougar snatches puppy from owner while on a walk near Anmore, B.C.

Isaac Heisler was left heartbroken after a cougar attacked his three-month-old German Sheppard puppy while out for a walk in Anmore. The puppy was training to be a search and rescue dog one day, and Isaac has some words of warning for other dog owners.
