Why are social gathering restrictions changing as COVID-19 numbers creep up in B.C.?

Global BC Legislative Bureau Chief Keith Baldrey asks provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry about the rationale behind easing social gathering restrictions outdoors when new daily numbers are still around 500 new cases per day. Henry says we are still in a tenuous place, but there are ways to make safe connections as long as we take precautions in other areas of our life.
