Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole commented on Canada’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout during his address Thursday on the National Day of Observance, saying that while they were “frustrated by the slower pace of vaccines than elsewhere,” he still wanted the government to succeed “for the health and well-being of Canadians so that we can get our lives back to normal.”
