Alberta lifts more COVID-19 rules as it moves into full Step 2 of reopening

Alberta is lifting more COVID-19 public-health restrictions, including allowing more people to shop in retail stores and malls. As Julia Wong explains, banquet halls, community halls and conference centres can open for meetings, while small wedding and funeral services are also now allowed.
