Monday marks one year since the first COVID-19 death of a resident living inside of one of Canada’s long-term care homes. It happened in B.C., but as Morganne Campbell reports, in Ontario many are also reflecting on the year that was and say the province is far from a passing grade in its response to the pandemic.
