CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky on Monday announced initial guidelines for Americans who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. She said fully vaccinated people can visit with others who received their shots without masks or distancing, or one other household that has people who were not vaccinated yet that are at low risk for severe disease. She said this applies in cases where it has been two weeks since a person received their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson shot.
