Coronavirus: Manitoba loosens restrictions on gatherings, businesses

Dr. Jazz Atwal, deputy chief public health officer for Manitoba, talked about new loosened restrictions that will be in place until March 25 in the province, including increasing gathering limits to 10 people, the ability for each household to designate two visitors or another household so both can visit each other.
