City of Burnaby calls for federal help to ensure safety around Trans Mountain pipeline

The City of Burnaby says its fire department needs millions of dollars of upgrades to ensure it can fight a fire that might break out at the Trans Mountain pipeline tank farm on Burnaby Mountain. And it’s calling on Ottawa to fund it. Paul Johnson reports
