Speaking to reporters in Ottawa on Wednesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that the first doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine have arrived in Canada. Canada has received 500,000 doses of the vaccine, the third approved for use in Canada, from the Serum Institute of India.
