White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Wednesday provided an update on the Congressional negotiations behind the government’s COVID-19 rescue plan relief package. She said President Joe Biden is “firm” on the income thresholds which Americans should receive relief cheques, once approved. While there are ongoing discussions, “he is comfortable with where the negotiations stand,” said Psaki of the income thresholds for people to receive relief cheques.
