Nova Scotia’s police watchdog is clearing RCMP officers of criminal wrongdoing when they shot at a fellow officer during the manhunt for Gabriel Wortman. The incident took place outside the Onslow Belmont Firehall during last April’s mass shooting rampage. Jesse Thomas reports.
