Optimistic news from B.C. health officials as Phase 2 vaccine rollout plans announced

The B.C. government has unveiled the detailed plan for Phase 2 of the mass vaccination program. By stretching the duration between shots to 16 weeks, every eligible person should get at least one dose by the end of July. Richard Zussman reports.
