Marking International Women’s Day by promoting local women in our community

March 8 is International Women’s Day. To mark the occasion, the City of Edmonton, Women’s Advocacy Voice of Edmonton (WAVE) and the YWCA are joining forces for an online event. The moderator of the event, city councillor Bev Esslinger, joined the morning news to talk about what to expect and how you can get involved.
