Peel Regional Police confirmed to Global News that the incident featured a dramatic arrest of a driver who allegedly stole a tow truck in Brampton, Ont. happened earlier in the day on Friday. A spokesperson for Ontario’s police watchdog said late Friday the agency is investigating.
