Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says officials have had talks behind the scenes on creating safe opportunities for British Columbian young people despite the challenging times. Dr. Henry has also said that British Columbians should “think local” for spring break and officials will be reassessing things in the coming weeks.
