Canada’s Auditor General Karen Hogan on Thursday delivered her 2021 report, including five performance audit reports to the House of Commons. When it came to Indigenous Services and clean drinking water, the AG said she’s “very concerned and disheartened” that the government did not meet its commitment of March 2021 to end all boil water advisories.
