N.B. sculptor stoked to finish third with surfing creation in national ice carving competition

We check in with New Brunswick ice sculptor Joel Palmer after his carving called “Surfing the North” placed third in the Winterlude National Ice-Carving Competition. Heritage Canada organized the event that was held virtually due to the pandemic.
